Registration & eligibility
By registering for NOVARIS 2026, you confirm that the details submitted (name, contact information, and attendee details) are accurate. Entry is subject to the age, grade, or category eligibility listed against each ticket, and organisers reserve the right to verify these at check-in.
Payments & refunds
Ticket prices are as listed at the time of booking. Once a booking is confirmed and paid for, it is generally non-refundable except where a specific ticket type, promotion, or organiser communication states otherwise. Refund requests raised through your booking dashboard are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Schedule changes
Event dates, timings, venues, and individual competition schedules may change due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ control. Registered participants will be notified of any material change using the contact details provided at registration.
Conduct & safety
Participants and attendees are expected to follow venue rules and staff instructions at all times. The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct endangers themselves or others, without refund.
Media & liability
Photos and videos may be captured during the event for promotional use. The organisers are not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from attendance, except where caused by their own negligence.
